The TDTTP4000W066C 4kW bridgeless totem-pole power factor correction (PFC) evaluation board achieves very high efficiency single-phase AC-DC conversion. Using Microchip's dsPIC along with Transphorm GaN FETs in the fast-switching leg of the circuit and low-resistance MOSFETs in the slow-switching leg of the circuit results in improved performance and efficiency.
In addition, we have partnered with Keysight Technologies to offer a link to their PathWave Advanced Design System portal where the TDTTP4000W066C evaluation board virtual prototype resides. The TDTTP4000W066C-KIT is for evaluation purposes only.
